Our mandate

Financing high level research

The mandate of Cystic Fibrosis Quebec, in accordance with that of the Cystic Fibrosis Canada, is to help persons suffering from cystic fibrosis. To this end, we :

• Finance research toward its objective of curing or controlling cystic fibrosis and supports high quality care
• Raise public awareness of the disease
• Defend the rights and interests of persons suffering from cystic fibrosis with provincial, regional and local governments and any relevant body.
• Raise and distribute funds to these ends.

The money raised by these two organizations funds major research programs year after year, as well as a wide range of services offered in specialized clinics across Canada.

Cystic Fibrosis Quebec subscribes to the code of ethics on fundraising and financial responsibility of Imagine Canada.
